About Onsight Physical Therapy

Thoughtful Physical Therapy for Performance, Recovery, and Long-Term Health

Onsight Physical Therapy was founded to provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy and performance training for climbers and active individuals who want more than a generic, insurance-driven clinic experience.

We believe physical therapy should address how you move, how you load your body, and how your activities and goals shape recovery. Our care is built around thoughtful assessment, appropriate progression, and real-world application, whether that means returning to climbing, recovering from surgery, or building strength with confidence.

Our Approach

Care Designed Around You, Not Insurance Limitations

At Onsight Physical Therapy, every session is one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist. We do not double book appointments or rely on cookie-cutter protocols. Instead, we take the time to understand your injury history, movement patterns, training demands, and long-term goals.

Our approach emphasizes:

  • Movement quality and efficiency

  • Proper loading and progression

  • Injury prevention and resilience

  • Clear communication and education

We don’t just treat symptoms. We help you understand what’s happening in your body and how to move forward safely and effectively.

Our Mission

Helping You Move Better, Stronger, and With Confidence

Our mission is to support sustainable movement and performance through ethical, patient-centered care.

We believe in:

  • Evidence-based decision making

  • Honest conversations about recovery timelines

  • Respect for tissue healing and load tolerance

  • Collaboration with other healthcare providers when appropriate

We value long-term outcomes over quick fixes and aim to empower our clients with the knowledge and tools they need to stay active beyond the clinic.

Throughout her career, Anna has noticed health disparities that different socioeconomic populations experience. She hopes to provide physical therapy and other healthcare services to underrepresented populations by creating a centralized space in the future.

Daniel Lopez, PTA

Daniel is a Physical Therapist Assistant from Washington State with a lifelong passion for movement. After growing up immersed in sports and competing as a collegiate wrestler, he earned his degree in Exercise Science and completed PTA school in 2020. He has since gained experience in diverse outpatient environments, from cardiopulmonary rehab to high‑level sports therapy and travel positions that broadened his clinical perspective.

Outside the clinic, Daniel is drawn to the mountains. Rock, ice, and alpine climbing—as well as mountaineering—shape his understanding of performance, injury prevention, and the mental side of physical recovery.
