A Fitness Program Designed to Improve Mobility, Strengthen Performance, and Prevent Injury

Typical areas of injury are the shoulders, elbows, and fingers, especially for young climbers. Young climbers are still growing, so it is important to protect their epiphyseal plates as well as build strong bone density. This is where injury prevention protocols created by a skilled PT can come in hand! 

Dr. Anna Chang,DPT designed the Competitive Climbers Program (CCP) with the intention of supplementing team practices - to make the climber a well-rounded athlete. By signing up for this program, climbers will be guided through a series of exercise protocols and safety guidelines that will ensure readiness for top performance.
